Essay, és la forma formal d'expressar opinions o resultats d'investigacions basades en fets, al món científic s'anomenen Papers, donant resposta a alguna investigació o treball (thesis), per fer-la pública.
Normalment els Essays per fer l'examen seran d'expressar opinió d'un tema en concret, amb caràcter de formal letter, podent seguint la següent estructura.

Making grades and exam result the main point of learning though, gives students the wrong idea of what education is all about.
In conclusion, it seems to me unfair to give a person only one chance to show what they are capable of. I think that the whole educational system needs to be changed so that exams are not the only way of assessing a student's knowledge.

In my view, the use of the mobile phone in the classroom is equivalent to use a gun, it is not what the gun can do, is about what the people can do with the gun.

However, people argue that the use of the mobile phones in the classroom, distract the students, because they use it for playing or text messaging with the friends during the classroom, do not attending the teacher.
All things considered, the use of the mobile phone in the classroom, cam improve the student's note rate, ad the use it in the academic environment will discover to the people what the mobile phone can do.

- Paragraphs 3-4, amb les declaracions esmenades a la introducció, tants paràgrafs com declaracions, donant detalls i citant fonts si és necessari, recordeu que es el cos principal de l'escrit afegint més declaracions utilitzant, What is more, Also, Futhermore, Moreover, In addition to this/that, Besides, apart from this, o contratant punts de vista com People argue that, Opponents of this view say, Contrary to what most people believe.
